Group Branding Development
We were briefed by VHG to create a campaign to appeal to all potential consumers of all their group brands; Ventura Homes, Aussie Living, Smart Homes and Ventura iD.
We developed a TVC focusing on the key demographics of each brand and pairing them with the most likely person/ couple that would use that brand when building. A young single male to represent Smart Homes, a company which offers the client an option to design their house online. For Aussie Living, a young married couple to represent their target market of first home buyers. A well presented middle aged couple to represent Ventura Homes and lastly an older couple for Ventura iD their target market being investors with the intention to develop and build.
Each representative was placed to highlight the different aspects of each brand and then brought together at the end of the TVC, allowing people to identify with the brand they are most suited.
The end result saw a 23% rise in website traffic via organic search and direct hits, the client was very happy.
